Who Can Compete
Ages 6 and up, from beginners to advanced amateurs.
Open to youth, teens, adults, and masters divisions.
Registration
Normal registration runs July 1 through September 22, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
Pre-registration only. No late sign-ups at the event.
Cost
All listed entry divisions are $60.
Spectators donate $15 at the door to St. Jude Children's Hospital.

Format
Youth: best 2 of 3, 1.5-minute rounds, 45-second rest.
Adults: best 2 of 3, 2-minute rounds, 60-second rest.
Rules
No knockouts allowed. Weight cutting is strongly discouraged.
Competitors may receive multiple sparring sessions based on matchup availability.
Awards & Corners
Gold medals go to winners.
Two free coach passes per gym or team. Solo competitors need a paid corner present.
